So you've placed an order with us but want to know where it is? 


No problem! When you placed your order, you gave us your email address.  We sent you an invoice when we you placed the order, so you should have a record of that.  After we packed up your order and got it ready to head out to Canada Post, we sent you another email that had the tracking number in it.  It also had a status page where you can go and check out information.


Go to the status page of your order and open up the Canada Post page for your tracking number.  It should have details on whereabouts it is.  Sometimes if it is going across country it doesn't update for a day or so while it is on a plane.  


We haven't seen it take more than 5 business days to get to our customers too often.   If it has been more than 5 days, open up a ticket with us.  Please send us the invoice number so we can track it down easier. It looks something like #CUBE9999.
